You've all heard the line about ANWAR, about how it will take 10 years to get oil from there to the market. After watching this video from Congress, tell me you don't think that's BS.

More importantly, pay attention to the fact that we've done nothing for decades to insure our nation from excessive dependence on foreign oil.
