8.0 Dual exhaust

so since i gotta replace my whole exhaust system anyway, i was thinkin bout the magnaflow hot rod universal kit, i'd rather have 3 inch pipes but 2.5's would flow nice. i wanna have em run on the outside of the frame rails but still hidden by the body, and i want em to dump at 45's in front of the rear tires. i still havent decided on a muffler tho. i like how the viper sound tho. any ideas?

IMHO you should stay away from universal anything. Find a local exhaust shop, tell 'em what your goal is and as long as you feel comfortable with the mechanic and the quote do it there.

our local muffler shop sucks, they're the only one it the three county area so they kinda run a monopoly. theyre rates are rediculous and they dont even use a mandrel bender. and since im lookin into a sc later down the road i dont want to have to re-do a expensive exhaust system
