The hanger locations are different on the 06'. You will need to weld new hangers onto the catback sections to mount to the 06 locations. Its fairly simple and any reputable exhaust shop could knock it out in an hour.

Just eliminate the cats and the resonator, you will have a whole new sound and performance!!

Then try to find a cheap PCM with a good tune!!
