98 1/2-02 cummins superchip

I have a superchips programmer off my dually. It will fit the 98 1/2 to 02 24 Valve Cummins. It was on my truck for 3 months then it was totalled. It works great and i loved it.

I thought superchip has the vin locked into it maybe just on the ford????? Good price if it is not locked in

No, I called superchips and verified and they said that once I returned my truck to stock that the vin was no longer locked.

Does anybody what superchips increase your hp around 140 and also increases your gas mileage?
If so how much?
