u all know i put my truck in mopar muscle for ride of the month well last night i got this e-mail and want to thank all of u for voting 4 me
Thank you for entering your 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 in the Mopar Muscle "Ride of the Month Contest."
Congratulations! Your entry was selected as a winner for APRIL.
Winners will be posted at the contest website on the "past winners" page and winners will also get a T-shirt from the website.
Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for the winner posting and T-shirt.
To receive your prize, could you please complete the attached affidavit, sign it and please then return it to me.
Please return it either by mail, or fax, or by email.
If returning by email, the affidavit must be scanned with your handwritten signature.
If returning via fax, please set the fax machine on the fine resolution setting. Thank you.
Please note that to be a winner, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time you entered the contest. You must also be a legal resident of one of the 50 US. If you are not 18 or older, or a legal US resident, could you please let me know? Thank you.
If at all possible, I'd also appreciate if you'd please reply to this email and confirm receipt.
