WELCOME! the bus brings back memories..i bought a new one in 79',drove that thing all over mexico:rock: funny story ,we came to a river crossing,which was running pretty hard,i walked it and it came up to my knees and it was about 75 yards across:creep: (lots of stones) the alternative was to travel 200 mi. out of the way.some locals told me to put plastic over the muffler and distibutor and they would push us across:bird: well...they talked me into it,needless to say the bus got very light and actually started floating down river:ciao: with a little prodding (lots actually) and the promise of gifts:idea: , i got some more kids involved in the push across! we made it over and the bus cranked right up and off we went! less a few dollars,gifts and some wet camping gear
