A/C Problem

At First i thought it was the blend door cause it wasn't blowing cold air but the system is fully charged.. but last night driving the fan is vibrating real bad now on high...anybody know whats up?

My fresh air damper broke and pieces fell into my blower motor. I got curious when the recirculate button stop working. The blower is easy to get out, its just three screws. I took the broken pieces out to make it work, but it took me about 3 hours to take the dash out and actually fix it.
