I guess so. One key piece i will not talk about ( i don't really want to get into shit) is what it was permitted for was not the size of the actual piece. very odd.
guess that is one of those things that's not suppose to be known. i will just say it was wrong by a large amount.

also went up and touched it, nearly had a sexual experience thinking about where that will be, when it will be there, and what it will be doing. also how few people will ever touch it. that's probably just me.... don't think anyone else will give a shit.

by what i can make of it props, "screws" are to be kept secret. however i believe it is very low top secret. i mean how much can russia gain by knowing how to make a prop.

There are different levels...they are compartmented, just for this reason. Basically, have you ever heard someone say..."I could tell you, but, I would have to kill you!"...It's on a need to know basis. Some people have this special priviledge and make money off of it....and some claim to have it. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't...no big deal. :vroam:

Top Secret is it. There is no low or high or medium or any thing in between. There are special access programs and sensitive compartmentalized information. Access to these types of programs require one to be read into the program on a controlled and restricted need to know basis. But Top Secret is the highest classification level. Executive Order (EO) 12958 and as amended by EO 13292 explains National Security related information, classifications and handling, access and dissemination requirements.
