Please send what you can and help this Man out...Prayers and well wishes I am sure will brighten his day..........If we all help like we have in the past for fellow members, the burden this man now carries will be lightened some what....Thanks for reading this and let's support someone who needs it right now. I will be sending a little something when I sit down to pay bills this weekend.

I just hope that fucking waste of skin that did this rots in hell for eternity.

Thanks for moving this Mikey. Now I got that off my chest.

I was certain that this would get more responses :(

That's OK Mikey,

I am just heart sick for Steve. He was the first person that wrapped his arms around me when I wrecked my truck and said, It OK, we'll get it good as new. But more than that. sometimes to a fault, Steve has helped other MOPAR guys get and find what they need.

He is gracious and his smile is infectous.

I met Kristen. She had the same pesonality and the same infectious smile. It was hard to be in a bad mood in there presence. I asked you, cuz I'm just not good with this kind of stuff. But I'm real good at crying.

I know steve is not a member and for me it doesn't matter. I just wanted to get the word out and just didn't know how. It's easier to respond to a post than it is to start one.

For those that can, I thank you and Steve and his family Thank You.

Jeff

i also have a young daughter....it would kill me if something like that happened :( ...many prayers to them...i to will help.

I will get something sent off this weekend Jeff..Very sorry for the loss, this is a terrible thing to happen.

jeff please dont take this the wrong way, i personaly am touched by your actions.

But I think the problem is that so many members are just tapped out.

many of the members sent tons of money to help previous members and although their hearts are in the right place, there wallet jsut cant afford anymore.

Over the past 6 months members have shelled out 10's of thousands of dollars, and the problem may be that this person is not a close member to others, so it just doesnt touch them the same way.

I dont know if I can afford to let go of a little right now, but as soon as I can I will try.

Prayers to his family.

Jeff and Mikey,
Thanks for starting something here for Steve. I spoke to him on the phone yesterday morning and, as you can all imagine, he is completely crushed. His faith and his family are what's keeping him from melting down. I'm just sick that something this horrible has happened to such a good man. Steve is one of those guys that when you first meet him you can't help but like him. He has been the head car show judge for us at Mopars at The Strip since the beginning, and has been a friend of mine for about 15 years. He would do anything for a friend if they asked. So like Jeff said please give what you can, if you can't, keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. I know Steve would do the same for you, or me, or anyone else.

Thanks to everyone here... with a special thanks to Jeff and Mikey.... from myself, and from Phil and Jill Painter. You are without a doubt one of the finest groups of people I have been associated with.

Jeff

That is so sad. :( My heart goes out to Steve and his family. They will be in my prayers. ..... You should never have to bury a son or daughter. :(
