When I got my new Nittos put on a few months back some of you know I started reporting a few problems, the brake bounce being the big one, rough ride the other, and a slight pull. I had them mount, balanced, and an alignment done at a local TK. After a month I felt a slight pull and the ride started getting rougher and that's when the bounce started. I took it back they said no the alignment is fine, when I questioned the manager he started spewing some b.s and showed me a paper of my alignment results and everything was perfect so I left. I pulled the wheels off and started looking at other options maybe he was telling the truth. Well my warranty runs out at the end of the month, I took it back after all the little things I've done because I know it was the alignment and wasn't paying somewhere else to do something I paid for at this place and they never did. I came in with my serious face on last week, the NEW manager said, "Hey we're busy today so I don't want to take your truck over night come back next week after the holiday and we'll get you straight(nice joke in the heat of the moment). Went there earlier today, he said give me the keys, I'll call you when it's done. Called me, went to pick her up shows me the results.... IT WAS NEVER DONE! The front left was in 7°, front right was 4° in. He even said the back right tire was off balance. What a difference, truck rides likes it's on glass now, no more pull, and the bounce it almost non-exsitant. My rotors are gone and I have some new ones ready to go, just haven't found time to do it. Just reinforces my thought of most shops....
