A good decision.

You can phone, drink, smoke and have SEX 2 or 4 times a day while reading the newspaper WHILE DRIVING at 150 m.p.h. and you make "changes" at least every week!!??!!

 must have been a viper in bad shape... :D

correct me if i'm wrong... our truck pulls near 1G in corners , a sportscar 1.2..1.3...1.4 ..1.5 ?
I'm realistic : :D : look at all the specs for a good race-car ....our truck is the opposite :D :D :D except the strong engine ...:D :D ;)
I accept he's made for the straights and won't crash him trying to prove something in cornering....

Only a hand full of sports cars pull over 1.0 G in the skidpad.

If I remember right, out truck is in the .70 to .80 range. Wrong, just checked and Car and Driver measured it at .83 G. For comparison, the Viper that year had a 1.00 G rating.

are those G's on the skidpadtest linear with the speed ? I mean can a viper take that curve 1:0.83 = 1.2 times quicker ? :dontknow:

Cornering G force = speed (mph) squared / corner radius (ft) / 14.957

a formula 1 gets 4 to 6 G cornering...
5 G braking, 2G accelerating....
