Did lowering your truck make it faster? Or how about that sticker on your windsheild...............just saying
Gotta agree on the windshied sticker. Almost as
doofy as "
HUMMER" written in giant font across a Hummer windshield.
No shit? It's a Hummer? I could not tell that by the annoyingly huge emblems, bright yellow paint scheme, and rock-climber tires. Good thing you slapped a giant "HUMMER" on the window, as everyone probably thought it was a Fiat 500.
(IMO) The same goes with Viper trucks. If some douche nozzle can't tell my truck is a Viper-powered SRT, they probbly don't register on my "give-a-damn-o-meter." Dodge got this truck right, and it's bitchin' as-is, cosmetically.
Real car guys can spot an SRT-10 (or clone) a mile away. The "Viper Powered" emblems look dumb on the tailgate (my opinion, only), and they look dumb on the fenders/doors/etc. (Again, my opinion. Others may feel all tingly inside when they see them.) I do like the Viper hood ornament, as it's subtle, and the Ram ornament is, well, a Ram...
I've only been able to drive mine around town
one evening since I bought it, and three people already commented on it. Everyone else is too busy trying to score Justin Bieber tickets...I could care less what the gen pop knows/thinks about my ride.
My neighbor instantly knew what it was when I got it home the day I bought it, and he's pretty out-of-touch. "Viper truck?!" he asked.
"Yep - Wanna race?" I said...LMAO. His Mustang stands zero chance. :chain:
YMMV
