Nowwhat and I pm'd each other on the deal of the 975ftlbs at 2500, and I responded by saying I couldnt see it at 2500rpms, and at one point said it had to be printed wrong, and something about mustang dyno's.

but I also said I didnt have a dog in this fight at the time.

but I do think I called BS at first, before all this fiasco started , in a pm with mike before he went to dinner.

I didnt want in the middle of this one because I hold high respect for both men, but at the same time try to give it straight as I possibly can. I definitly would not want to loose the friendship or respect of either men.

I have never talked with Mr. Brady on the Phone or even asked , since I get a feeling he doesnt want his number passed around by mistake and I respect that.but in the pm s that we have passed back and forth feel that a friendship of respect had come to be, and truly hope that hasnt been torn apart.

If so Mike let me know please, I think I still have the pm that I sent you, and will gladly quote what I said and post it. As you know I try to hide nothing.

But mike if I did loose your respect let me know , and what, if anything I could do to repair it.

First of all I have such a remarkable amount of respect for you that I am afraid that I will word this response poorly....

Like I mentioned earlier there are members of this forum that I consider "Statesmen" for lack of a better term...members who post sincerely, honestly, with honor and wisdom.

Stinker you are at the top of that list with Silent D, Silverback, Fstjack, Iltemprd, Walt, and Sickness....I am forgetting some but through my anger right now that will have to serve as a sample list not a complete one...

In the end I had hoped that the truth is always the truth and what someone believes in a one on one conversation should be what they believe when they post.

I have always attempted to phrase my posts that may me in disagreement with others objectively and with out personal attack and when I fail I attempt to apologize.

Please try to understand the anger you would feel when you post something you believe only to have it deleted...

I asked the Mods to delete all MY threads and posts involving the infamous dyno.

I also removed it from my signature pending verification. I will not post anymore dynos or timeslips until they(Mods) review it and determine that it will not be detrimental to the forum.

As I stated to them this is there house and I am a guest. If they wish to post it great, if they don't great also. In the end as long as I know what my truck us capable that's what matters.

The above actions were taken to kill this subject but it seems to keep re-surfacing.

I guess I should have taken a longer break...:dontknow:

And trust me I do sooooo understand when you post something and it gets deleted, especially whens its the striaght out honest truth. Sorta like when ya try to help someone or explain something to them that you have done a million and one times, but just because the book says different , well then your wrong.

I for one am strong on non cencorship, and do not think things should be deleted, get it out in the open, and let it be.

I could call a place in Charlotte to see if we could dyno on a saturday in Charlotte, yes underground, and we'll make sure we got the witness's .
And it could be settled once and for all, IF that is what you wish, I will help in any way.

BUT I will not stick my finger in the puddin to make it sour, well not in this puddin pie anyway.

It is perfectly understandable if you do or do not want to have something you posted removed....your business.....

I on the other hand had a thread deleted that I started....that I believe in....that contains the bad (disagreement)....and the good (apologies if anything was taken personal)....There were to my eye...valid points made by several members in that thread....points that I learned from.....

I would happily obligue to this. The only issue is that my tranny is slipping really bad from 2nd to third at WOT. It's taking almost 2 1/2 seconds to shift. Also the torque converter seems to acting up...it's revving higher than usual in first and second gear at light acceleration..

Let me fix my tranny issue and we will go from there....

If the numbers are true I see why Boomer would want to keep it a secret as it is a remarkable feat to produce those numbers, so if I was Boomer I'd just sit back and bask in the glory of being able to say I told you so ya bunch of non believers But until then I still don't believe the numbers and frankly it doesn't matter if I or anybody else still don't believe either as it does not affect what I or anyone thinks of Boomer as the most helpful vendor on here on a daily basis. I will still continue to buy from Boomer especially if he sells whatever it is he did to give Ricks truck so much power

There are lots of other more important stuff going on in the world to keep dwelling on some stupid dyno numbers. Especially when people take it personal....if I posted numbers like that and people called BS I could care less, maybe I'm just too thick skinned to be bothered like that:dontknow:

Roger...I just wanted to make sure that you understand that the only threads/posts I ask to be removed were mine. I do not know why your theads were deleted. Your posts might have been if they where under a thread that I started.

If your thoughts were under them and deleted, please post them again.
