AAMCO power purge

Hey Men...Has anbody had this done to thier auto trans ? The Service manager says that they get all the fluid out...Converter as well.
Any thoughts would be helpful !

It would be worth it bill as long as they replace the filter afterwards also

Probably so... "The T-Tech" service...

I would say its a good thing, if they actually use it when you pay for it, and they change the filter as well...

Yep thats a tranny flush, but like everybody else said change the filter. Doing that every 10k or so will make your tranny last alot longer.

With all my mods and the power I am putting through mine.. I have my shop service mine every 6k.. its only $89.00, plus $15.00 for the lubegard addition.

As I have said in other threads.. its good insurance.

I'd also consider going back with a good synthetic fluid...
