? about Airaid filters

i have a Airaid filter but i don;t have anything to clean it with. can i just use a k n filter cleaner. is it the same thing or do i need to get and airaid cleaning kit?

The AirRaid can be cleaned with AirRaid cleaner, 409, Degreaser from Costco, K&N, ECT, Do not use compressed air to blow out or dry after cleaning and do not use high pressure water as it will disrupt the gauze filtering material.
