Adding a little spice

Thought I would add a little spice. I will finish installing them next week. Let me know what you think... BTW they are the bars for Caltracs.

you gonna hit the triangle plates at the front of the springs too?

nah... They were already installed. Plus these are powdercoated so I probably would have a hard time matching paint. I am not looking forward to getting the rest installed...

Thought yellow would get to dirty looking plus I needed something to tie in with the red brake calipers. We will see how they look. Maybe I will change them back to black if I don't like them.
 
All you have to do get under there with a sponge,and they will be good ass new.

Looks good!

How about a chrome look for them? Is there a powder coat process that looks like chrome? Maybe Justin can respond??
 
I can tell you that I had to pop the hood for the guys who powder coated these bars and they were impressed with all of the JMB powdercoating that they did! :rock:

that reminds i need to send Justin a few things when i get the cash :D so why did you decide red? to make them stand out a lil more? :dontknow:

i think cowboy-up had chrome cal-trac bars there are pics somewhere, ask EMT he seems to be able to find anything on this site when anyone ask
