adobe after effects

Anyone have experience with this program, do you own it? I have done a lot of research on it, but have not messed with it yet. Wanted to ask some questions to someone who have has experience with it.

Yep, I have it .. Haven't played with it to much, I'm more a CS4 type a guy. But from what I understand is that After Effects CS4 can do whatever you want to, .. With .. Video, animation, in all formats, avi, mpg, all the newer formats as well.
