Don't forget this.

Red/yellow/green wall mounted parking sensor(home depot/About $20.00)
I used reg. ceiling fans from garage sales.
Television,Stereo with surround sound,Drop lights,Mini Mig welder,Fridge for beer,grinder and vise,floor jack and stands.
Thats basicly my garage in a nutshell!!!
Oh yeah, and I built a large shed in the back of the house for my wife's crap..

If your floor is already in good shape... I would get a threshold for the garage door(s). A clean garage is a happy garage. :)

Don't forget the BEER FRIDGE!

I don't care for the Garage Door thresholds (Storm Shield). It makes sweeping out the garage more difficult. I'd only use it if it was absolutely necessary to keep water from seeping into the garage. But I'd first make sure the bottom seal on the door was in good shape. And sometime it doesn't keep the water out unless you caulk at the base of each side jamb basically creating a damn across the front of the garage.

The threshold has to be glued down and over time it will shrink up on each end so you will be continually filling in the gap with new caulk. Just my 2 cents on the subject.

But if you must. Amazon has 20 feet for about $35. http://www.amazon.com/Sensible-Solutions-20-Foot-Threshold-3020/dp/B00008YGQS

Insulate your garage door.... It makes a HUGE difference. :)

And make sure you have a good weather seal around the outside frame of the door. They make stuff specifically for sealing the door to the door frame.

Here's the stuff. The rubber flap goes against the face of the door and the rigid PVC part gets nailed to the door jamb.

Most home improvement stores have it.... It's usually in the millwork section.
I've seen it near their garage door section. It usualy comes in 8' lengths. A local garage door company can install it in longer lengths if you should have a 16' or 18' door. We usually charge about $1 a foot installed.
