I've noticed that many times members will ask for advice on a specific mod but will not include the year of their truck....

Since each year has some specific differences it would help greatly if we remember to either state the exact year and model of your BEAST. In this way, those who offer assistance or advice don't have to ask you for this info.

Perhaps the best way to go would be for everyone to list this information in your signature line. It's very easy to do and even gives you a little room to show off your mods or anything else that you'd like to say.

You can easily accomplish this by simply clicking on the "USER CP" button in the blue band under the big VTCOA banner at the top of the page. That button will lead you through the process of adding this information to your signature line.....

It seems like when I'm drawn to a question regarding brake pads or other items that differ in each year, the questioner has neglected to provide that information. This not only makes the repondent have to ask the question about year and model.... It also slows down the process of you getting the info you need in a timely manner.

I hope this helps....

Should Just make it mandatory to list year and if it's R/C or Q/C

"Mandatory"..............?

Oh my....... he just said a very nasty word........... :D ;)

Better move this to the offensive section........

It could also be added to the name bar at the top of each member's post (where it lists Join Date, Member Number, etc.).
When signing up, members would need to fill out the boxes accordingly, with a 4th check box entitled "OTHER".

Simple format:
YEAR - RC or QC - COLOR

Example:
2005 RC BLACK

Not everyone has signatures turned on, but everyone DOES have post headers turned on. :)
