Anyone purchased an after-market air conditioning condenser that looks really good?

Mine is pretty beat up after a few years of engine modifications...

Dont do it, unless you get a really nice one. They never fit right, flimsy as hell and leak after a few months. I hate 'em.

hell, just take it off along with the comp., comp. mountin bracket, all lines & accumulator to the firewall

Ok, who is going to fabricate a screen cover?

I'll paint that sucker and install a nice gloss black screen cover...

checkin on that now. a black one on top of that:rock:

I've done it several times with an exacto knife but what a pain.

I want something that will hid the problem and keep it from getting worse...or I may just buy a new one.

Its a bling thing...

A/C wholesalers sell fin combs. Here is a link to a company online clicky They work pretty well and are infinitely faster than using an exacto.

Well how about new MoPar?

Just checked list for $461 cost $330 bucks.

Maybe cheaper from our Avondale buds?:dontknow:

I asked Justin if he would consider building one about 6 months ago, but he was too busy. Wonder if we had a bunch of people signup and agree to buy one if they were made if he would do it then. I like Justins work and you know it would be something cool, even if its only a screen.

Maybe a sexy stainless steel screen?

If the new one costs $400 or so...I would be happy to pay $200 with the JMB touch...for a screen...

I know this is tacky, but i think a small screen covering the condensor only will also:D

but its an easy to do thing wwe do on rigs during luv bug season.

stop by lowes and get the screen door material, and lay it behind the entire front grill, and connect it there, easy , cheap and quick. and easliy replaced too.

and dont startt talking its gonna limit the freaking air to the radiator:p

There is a screen you can get from Dodge that goes from the top cross member to the bottom and fits really good, moulds around everything,I seen one on a 07 Dodge cummins,it had "Dodge" stamped on it.

Stainless would be nice. Everyone send Justin a pm about the screen and maybe he will make one for us. :D

At car shows it would have a great visual position...maybe it should have VTCOA as part of the design...

You are reading my mind sir! I've been wanting some bling to hide that thing for months now....
JUSTIN, you make great stuff, i think you would have a winner on your hands if you made a VTCOA cover or screen of some sort!
