I'm installing an JVC head unit and wired it up properly. The head unit comes on and of course no sound. I know its something with the factory amp. Does anyone know how to bypass the factory amp or either make the factory amp and sub work without buying a special harness? I also want to keep my steering wheel controls if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need an Axxess CHTO-02 to integrate to the factory amps and an Axxes ASWC for steering wheel control if you want it to still work.
If not, run new wires straight to all speakers. You will lose the factory sub this way. Spend the $$ and get the right parts.

Ok thanks man for the info. I guess I will for sure get the right parts to make it work.
