AHHH OIL on the Ground!!!! Help!!!!

A common leak on the 2004s is the crimping on the oil cooler lines tend to let go some oil. My truck is pretty bad now, the brake duct (right side) and inner fender liner have a nice film of oil now.

Probably your oil cooler lines as this is a very common issue with the SRT-10's. Take her in sip on a cup of coffee and let the dealership deal with it. Make sure you meet the Viper Tech and make sure he or she is worthy of working on your truck. I like to know that who ever is working on whatever vechicle I own knows what the hell they are working on before I let any work commence. Good Luck and congrats on the new truck.

I guarentee that its the oil cooler lines. I am on my third set right now. Get them to replace both because if one is leaking the other might be close behind.

just had the same problem...would act as if i was gonna die out, spittin and stuttering...then it would race up like the throttle was stuck...took it to the dealer and they did a throttle body cleaning and its been perfect ever since...he took the plastic intake tube off of the intake and it was caked with black soot (i watched him do it) been 3000 miles or so with no more problems

oil cooler lines, both of um needs ome replacing go figure i have to wait to order them o god knows when i can get it fixed blah! BA! good thing its suppost to snow the next few lol
