alarm question, what really works

If they want it bad enough they are going to take it. I see it all the time. they dont have to make entry into the vehicle, they could always tow it. That's why u have insurance. I would park in the garage but i have no room, so i usually park another vehicle behind her. Good luck
 
i saw two guys try to take a hummer h2 one rolled under it took the trans linkage loose put it in neu and they tried to push it away with another truck. too bad the stering was locked it rolled into another car as we were walking up on them i called the cops gave them the lic number from the truck they were n ,they told me it was stolen tooo from the parking lott across the street
 
This may sound silly...we do some very clever starter kills here at my stereo shop...

1) Cigarette lighter kill - you have to push the cigarette lighter in to be able to activate the starter. (some of my customers take the lighter with them)

2) Magnet kill - magnet kept on the customers keychain...has to be placed in the right spot on the dash to complete the circuit with the relay wired to starter behind the dash.

3) Momentary pushbutton - has to be pushed at the same time as the red button to complete the circuit to the starter relay.

These are very inexpensive fixes besides going full-blown alarm system with GPS.

The most effective anti-theft system in the world is not an anti theft system at all.... It is an anti-thief system....

Simply obtain a block of C4 (plastique) explosive from one of your local vendors. Wire it up to a disposable cell phone and place it in the compartment under the center seat.....

If someone steals your truck you simply "phone it in"...... There won't be enough of your truck or the thief (left) to recognize upon discovery.

Here is a different perspective...material possessions...just stuff...

Chances are that the thief is a 15 or 16 year old kid...they can steal everything I own before I would take their life...

Opps, sorry, living and working in a liberal university environment must have warped my brain...maybe suffocating theives with their genitals stuffed down their throats would be better...

The diversity of man is indeed confusing...sometimes I can't figure out if I am constipated or suffering from diarrhea...too much reading...too much smoke from Pirrelli's (sublimation) and I would prefer to teach rather than do research. I also love short skirts on students that think I am too old to care!

Typical prof...nowhere man, just trying to smell the roses in the waning years.
