i have the headers installed - the catless mid's installed and elec cutouts also we made the catch can setup out of steel and bent it, i didnt have a 1/2 pipe bender so it took alittle longer then expected,,,, we fill the tube with sand and heated it up and made a custom bender " poor man tool " out of old pullys off some old part layin around the gar, i think it turned out GREAT still gotta sand blast it and paint it but... i wan to start it up 1st lol we also made another plate for the a/f monitor i know i should have a gauge but im low on funds :( , and that is left is to weld the catback back on and it DONE !!!!

i want to say thank to all that helped me here - Scrambler1 stand up guy,.. Joe thank you again man...

and my cuz andy and my wife and son who help me and my father in law thanks man....

well here some pictures ill post up more tonight with sound if i can get this thing welded today :)

Hey, is that a volant intake? If so, would you mind posting some pictures of it on your truck. I'm getting ready ti install the one that Walbert gave me and it would be nice to have a reference of where everything goes. Thanks man.

its really not that hard - just you might have to drill a hole in the front of the truck where the box goes b/c there a support screw that go there - and the rest of the box get attched to the extra battery box, then run the pipe to the TB to the box - then hand tigthin everthing up, after that put on the filter head, make sure everthing lines up and tight it up

then run the other side - the hood scoop, .... same as bottom half - note when u have it put together - make sure your hood lines up you might need to remove ur noise sheld
 
the sensor - goes in near the TB - and pvc connection go on the bottom pipe...


oh and you will love the sound that the CAI gives off

what is the gadget in the bottom slot with the two toggle switches and lights? Is that a snow leopard controller? (bottom pic)
 
its an a/f monitor,..... the switches are power to the monitor and the switch for the elec cutouts

like i said i know i should have a gauge to watch the a/f but im low on funds :) so this will get me by till then,... and it dont look 1/2 bad too :)
