Great, thanks for the info! I'll be replacing my rubber heat exchanger lines to match the oil cooler lines down the road.

In about a month, or whenever the new heater hoses are in from Tony, I will be trying the Evans Waterless Coolant, since our trucks run hot in summer, thought I would try this.

Spoke with Dave at Evans and he ran me through the drill. you drop current coolant and refill with clean water. To make sure you get it all, you need to remove the engine plugs each time, clear the heater core and the overflow. Heat up motor then drop it again. Then refill with clean water and Prestone flush mix, heat to operating temp and drop again. Finally refill with water, heat up motor and drop last flush. Now add NPG+ (about 6 gallons) and you're set. Oh, as it runs through the heat cycles it will darken till its oil color, this is normal.

I'm changing all hoses (hard radiator and silicone heater), new 170 thermostat and new cap.

What a mortal pain in the ass, hope it's all worth it for ya!! The stainless lines look great!!!
