ANOTHER Best ET & All Time Best 60'

Well today we had our yearly street race at the local dragstrip. 3 different catagories Domestic Cars, Trucks and Import Cars. We had 7 trucks total, Me, two modded Lightnings, a V-8 S-10 and a V-8 Ranger. a 69 Chevy with a 434" small block that runs 6.70's and a Bad ass turbo S-10 that ran a 6.40 money run.
I made it to the money run and broke the Cryoed spiders against the Turbo Truck.

1st pass 7.30 with a 1.54 60'
2nd pass a 7.28 with a 1.57 60' @ 94.5MPH

I was damned proud of the truck and everybody at the track came by to see what mods I have. I told em the truth basically bone ass stock with a little shot of nitrous.

Hehehe the Lightning Boys sure did like my truck.....

Dang Jack!!...congrats for a great rep for our trucks....remind me to not line up against you..LOL...Now get you a real rear end from stinky boy...maybe see some 1.4s..:)

Dropped em down to 12 psi cold, hooked like a bear. Parts just couldn't stand it.

DO they make harden steel gears? can't we swap out pumpkins use the tubes and get different axles? still be cheaper then 3k plus for a new ser up,right?

Hey Matt, I don't think anyone has figured that out yet. There are several differences in our Dana 60 and the standard Dana 60's, the tone ring and the emergency brake being the first that come to mind. You would need to talk to Stinker to get the low down.
