Good! I'm going to the track this weekend to work out the kinks with this new setup, as all it wants to do is spin and blow through all the gears. Similar setups have ran deep into the 6's but my trucks fat so I don't think I should get my hopes up haha.

I'm not worried at all....as long as he is NA with no bottle....I have no worries at all. Jack and I are buddies and he is going to let me know if those M&H Nostalgia slicks are too much for an NA pass with a stock motor....it seems that unless someone has a power adder then the full slicks are a bit too much for an NA motor...just ask ArrestMeRed and Tooloe ... they both slowed with the full slick. Jack is going to do a little test for me:aetsch:

I think Jack still has the 4.88's, and I knew you still had the 4.10's and that is why the big slicks slowed you down.....and I know your clutch was weak. I'm just saying you lost alot of MPH when you went to the slicks (not allowing the engine to rev as quickly).

Not a lot of difference and my cruise control doesn't work right with the 4.88's. The tone ring on the carrier is moved to the right about 1/4 of an inch with the 4.88 carrier.
