Another CEL... Help!

Hello folks. I started getting another CEL recently. I scanned it with the key on engine running. The code that comes on is P0149 "Fuel timing error". If I clear it, it pops back on within 10 miles or so. Just would like to know where I should start so I can fix it. Thanks for any input.

I would reset the Crank position sensor and the cam sensor first. Be very careful with depth !
