Another "food" thread...Birthday Weekend - Brisket

Ive got a little hidden hobby...Smoking (well, cigars too but Prime / Choice beef)

Here is whats for a little birthday gathering @ my house today.

20lb Brisket with all the fixings. I would rotate the pics but its funny having you turn your head sidways

about 25 hours into the smoking process...almost ready :rock: Anyone who knows were I live is more then welcome to show up

Ill update in a few hours when its done. Last pic is trimmed and rubbed.
