Prof said:Spiritual is fine, organized religion is OK for those who feel the need. The chance for abuse is huge...but I also think that organized religion fills a need that lots of people have, and when not abused, can be a great social force.
Just not for this old fart...Sunday mornings are for racquetball, IMO.

I concur that the opportunities and instances of abuse are both flagrant and frequent, too. Beating the sheep for the purposes of perpetual indentured servitude and filling one's pockets with their money should be punishable by death.
Sunday is my day of rest....... I thank God for the fact that I can sleep til 1:30pm and not miss out on any commerce....
