no they are factory wheels,and the seller is in michigan as well.

You did this previous deal for 1400 for (5). At an average of 280 per wheel, if you'd be willing to do this deal for 1120 (280x4), then I'd be very interested, however with reservation over the other thread that went public.

Are these wheels NEW or USED? There are only two conditions.
