Another tire is dust

Damn, I just saw 2 bubbles on the sidewall on one of my rear tires! Don't know where in the hell they could have come from, I haven't hit anything. Hope it lasts a couple of hundred more miles, I have to drive into Orange County tonight for my kid's graduation. Luckily I have another tire laying around that I will need to get mounted. Anybody else had these problems? This is the 2nd tire I have had the sidewalls fail on.
