Looks like a leglass lizard. Does it have eye lids? If so, then it is a leglass lizard. They are sometimes called a glass snake.

Is the tail in tact? If it is a leglass lizard, they will sometimes drop their tail when they are frightened. The tail will wiggle about while the lizard tries to escape. The tail is a major source of fat storage, so losing it makes it difficult for the lizard to survive lean seasons.
