Im looking to all avenues in an attempt to best present myself to a new company. After many years I just graduated college with a BSBA in management. I am currently attempting to transition my career from the Cellular Tower Communications Field in which I have been in since 2005 and currently my position is the crew leader/forman to a group of 2-4 guys daily. I am trying to best capture my skills and what I can offer a company in a new office orientated field. My preference is logistics but am willing to view such things as operations and even accounts payable. I need advice from a professional whom views resumes on how I could appear to bring value to a completely different field/company aka job with my backround I currently possess. How can I pop out to a human resources hiring department to get the oppertunity to advance my career path into something safer and more education realated? Resume ideas or formats?
