Most any reputable muffler shop will install headers and custom exhaust for you, and most local tire stores that offer alignment services will be glad to install a lowering kit. Just watch for high labor prices...
Where are you located in Orlando??
There is Macedo Motorsports, but he's expensive.
Simple stuff, I usually try to do myself.
Mutt lives here and he knows of a shop in Casselberry that can probably do some of the work too...
