Over here we can't legally use them.
If you have a crash and your tyres don't match original 114W's, they can chuck your claim out. :argh:

It's Conticrosses or Pirellis for me.:mad:

So you got me here whats 114W's :dontknow:

I also went with the Conti's this time, Seems to be a very good tire so far. I stayed with the 305/40/ZR22s.

114 is the load index rating of the tire and W is the speed rating.

114= max 2601 lbs.

W= max 168 MPH

Wow 114 I was pushing that the other day. I had about 2500# in the bed. I had kumho's on my diesel for the all terrain 35" and they were decent but again because I got them cheap.
If you don't mind me asking how much are you getting the kumho's for? I can get you some conti's from my guy down here
forr $200 a piece. The conti's are great in wet and dry.

By the way it may be worth stating that currently I have BF Goodrich G Force on My 06 QC and they SUCK for over $300 each :mad: They must not like the hot weather:dontknow: I got 11k out of them and they are all cupped and seperated.

Tried the Pirelli's on the last 2 trucks " They were ok" Now just doing the research:D

i have tried kumho 's in the past and for some reason i always got irregualr wear out of them. not only that they tend to get real noisy once they wear down not to mention that there traction sucks imo... I really never had an issue with the pirellis. i got 30k out of them, very good traction and what not. Just lately i put on a set of conti's and well they handle great or better in the turns and in rain but as far as at the strip they did nothing for me.

I dont know much of the kdw... But for the buck i Would still go with the pirelli tire. You can still find them for 200 a piece which is not bad. If you do some searching in c-list i bet you can find a set of tires for less then 800 bucks new

Mine are W rated zr is the radial I have. Look next to the size you should see something about w v ect. By the way $200 was out the door tax mount balance and disposal fees and only for 1 tire. If you get a full set you could prob get all 4 for about $7-750 out the door. They are conti cross contact uhp's.
