just wondering if there any srt 10 guys in so cal?? preferebly the inland empire. as you may guess by my handle i am a chevy guy , i know i know. but i like the srt 10 truck and i wouldnt mind driving one but i am a chevy rguy as i said. SO i got the SS truck and had to give it some power since chevy didnt have the balls to . I wanted to see if anyone was planning on heading to fontana drags at california speedway this next saturday the 23rd of sept to see what the old cheby can run. i will say im awd with a stock motor and a vortech blower. i have a few bolt ons and no spray . I am just looking for a friendly race vs a stock or modded srt 10 , to me its all in good fun.

We got about 30 of us going to Famoso on that day.
 
there will be your pick of 30+ SRT-10's to challenge at formosa (sp?) on the 23rd. There might even be a few "L's".

nevermind that bit of a drive for me ca dragway is in my backyard and i am planned to go there, maybe a srt 10 will show up but i doubt it will be anything impressive. hopefully next time

nowwhat nice truck and impressive #'s i dont think i can take you quite yet. i have a new motor and blower going in november . i may be able to match those #'s but only time will tell . wow direct port too:congrats: very nice man, im thinking of doing that too!! btw nice trucks guys and thanks for welcoming a cheby guy!!

Post up some pics and keep us posted on your build..you are more than welcome if you change your mind about Bakersfield....

You should reconsider the track at Famoso is way better than Fontana.:rock: I live in Long Beach and takes me about 2 hours one way.
 
Welcome dude, I live in West Covina and plan to go up to Famoso as well. Great to see a SS on the forums, anyone and everyone are welcome here :D
