anybody with a hard tonneau cover from dodge....

i just bought a used tonneau cover for my srt, it is supposed to be from the dodge parts department, has the spoiler on it....
anyways is there supposed to be a bar running across the box sides for the closing latch to hook onto to close it and lock it down? that appears to me how it should lock down but i'm not sure:dontknow:
i would take a picture but its at the body shop getting painted right now
