Anyone ever file a claim with FEDEX ?

What a coincidence. I just filed one a few minutes ago.

So the lesson learned in this thread? Get insurance on all shipped items even if it's important documents. FedEx sucks, DHL is terrible and UPS offers secondary insurance. Oh and NEVER leave McDonald's without first checking to see if your green chile cheeseburgers include meat.. so you won't go to jail.. and won't have to take prescription meds. :dontknow: How in the hell did Dom connect all of that anyway?

most def guys, everyone knows i haul for UPS, and I tell you, they dont loose anything

its one of two things from what I have noticed

they either delivered it to the wrong address

or most likely someone took it home with them

most likely the latter unfortunatly

I filed a claim with Fedex...... They ended up finding most of the contents of the box and gave me a $50 voucher for future shipments..... It was a bit of a jugfuk, but they did eventually make it right....

Just spoke with fedex again, its 48 hours before you can file a claim its 14 days before they act on it.

I bet you will notice that the FedEx truck is crusing around at really low RPMs. You could probably schedule to have a package picked up at your location and when he shows up, crawl under his truck and take the GV unit back....

Well claims has it now and they want 20 days after the last activity before they do another search. That will take 2-3 days then they will decide how they will or will not resolve the issue. So lost on the 23rd wait 20 days search for 2-3 more days then decide to f@&% me over cant wait!
