I'm looking for a place either in Grand Cayman, Panama, or Coasta Rica.... If you have any tips or suggestions, please let me know. This will be my first "International" property purchase. My main business will be with Panama, so any local TIPS would be great! :rock:

i have some property in costa rica (pacific),what do you want to know other than "you should have purchased ten years ago" prices where i'm at are $105.00 a square meter (walk to the beach), panama and nicaragua are probably better deals.

I lived in Panama for 10 years, my father lived there for 25. I still have alot of friends living there.

What do you want to know??

As for Tips, just stay out of Panama City if at all possible. Alot of crime!!

Up in the interior, over by Bocas Del Toro, Isla grande and many other places are very nice. They use the US dollar there which is a plus.
