Dont want to get into it but it deals with my family.

Not me as im not married. Wheew

But it does deal with either my mom or sister. So i do want to look out for their best interests.

AND

I have a feeling that trying to do it ammicably(without lawyers) is going to cause a whole lot more problems down the road. Not to mention the time, agrevation and feelings involved.

Also need to be on the cheaper side. The down turn has hurt them but their are funds/assets and credit cards involved.

Start with a para legal ,a consultation, but Fear the womans league crew:argh: Even an uncontested divorse can be very costly depending on the State they are in.

Oops didn't see the CA..................big hassle ,it is a community property state and that equates into a big pain in the azz!!!! and a lot of court, mandentory counseling, arbitration, best plan on spending some cash......................ouch

You should be able to get the forms required off your county's web site. They are pretty simple to complete, but if there is gonna be a fight there's gonna have to be lawyers involved.

Try mediation. Its quick, cheap, and if they can sit down for a few minutes to work out details, it will save lots of time and money.

I finally got my ex to realize this after 30k in attorney fees and nothing left over to split up.

Don't know his full name, but there's a guy in Palmdale California that is awesome, last name is Curtain.

He took my son's case for custody of my grandson and his mother is not even permitted to ask to see him now. This guys is nasty if he's against you, goes for blood.
