thats the gen 2 viper engine, you can make it work in the trucks if you use a VEC I imagine. dont think anyone has tried though

The 48re auto would bolt up to that engine. You would need a whole new computer, like an AEM or BigStuff, to run it and your existing systems.

Yeah it could be made to work but it is easier to stay with a 3rd gen (04+) engine and forge it. You could forge your current engine for what it would take to make a 2nd gen work.
