Anyone know how to remove radio from 06?

I need to get the radio GPS ( stock model) out of my dash, A CD got inadvertantly loaded into GPS cd. It like the panel should come out? :dontknowo I have to pull the dash??:dontknow:

No sir the 06 bezel simply pops out and snaps back in place bud. Like Legos, lol

Well his is an 06 but same principal

I thought the 06 had some screws that held it in place?
I remember I didn't put them back in because it was a PIA. :dontknow:

That's with the 06 QC right? What use a large screwdriver and pry out around perimeter?

There are 2 screws that have to be removed that hold the radio trim piece in from the bottom about where the yellow arrows are.
From what I remember you had to take the console out so that you can remove a small trim piece below the center of the dash. Then the piece in front of the console comes out and the 2 screws can be reached.

Do not pry at the radio bezel with a screw driver. You will break the bezel and tear up the dash.

Once screws are removed you simply grab with fingers at one corner and pull, then go around edges pulling out. No Drewscrivers, lol

no problem. I didn't want you to tear up the dash trying to get the radio out. The gray plastic of the dash scratches up pretty easy.
Any problems just shoot me a message and I can walk you thru it.
