I really have no idea about Obama's qualifications...I am sure that much of what was listed in the post was exaggeration and hot air, but why has no one but you even questioned what I posted?

My point being that we are just sponges and if we lean left we tend to soak up anything that leans left, and if we lean right we tend to soak up all of that material...we just accept what we want to believe rather than investigate for ourselves...all of us.

I have to disagree as far as myself and several of the others here.

I have major problems with McCain, and have not trusted the Repub's for years.

I will state now that the margin is about 55/45 in McCains favor.

I don't understand your point about me being the only one to question you.

I have seen people post some rude and insulting remarks about you, which is

something I will not do. You post your opinion then if I have a counter point

My reference was to the post about Obama's qualifications. You were the only one that even took the time to read it, and see if any of it fit with other things you have heard. Most just accepted the words.

I apologize, I thought you believed that I had insulted you in some way.

But to your point it is a shame that people do not scrutinize important issues

Well Roy, I'll be honest and admit I didn't read it. Part of it was certainly the length. The other part is I really don't care one little bit about Obama's past, it's his future that I am concerned with hehe.

Really though, Obama's naive stance on the energy issue is enough to take him out of the race in my book. I also have not looked at the records of Cynthia McKinney or Chuck Baldwin, because there isn't a chance in hell that they will get my vote either.

If your post had been made earlier in the election season I think I would have taken the time to read it thoroughly and explore the points you made, but at this point it would have merely been a waste of my time.

I have made up my mind that Obama will not get my vote. What I am not sure of yet, is if anyone else will.

Yes, I quickly scanned them after I put them in the reply box...but I think it makes my point wonderfully...none of us knows if there is any real tangible evidence in that long post...we are stuck in our current beliefs and only because we are forced will we really do the homework. Such is the attitude of the people who select the leader of the nation that leads the world.

Why are BO's supporters mute about these alleged accomplishments even to this day, when asked on nationally broadcast media programs, if there is any validity to them?????
