Anyone know thermostat housing plug thread pitch

Changed to electric fans, looking to mount a temp sensor either in the spot of this plug OR find the part that JMB uses in their kit...... any help is appreciated

No idea on that .. have you check Russell website ?
Did you buy the electric kit from Justin ? I dont see a problem with him getting you that part .. Maybe check with Tony at JTSVP he would be helpfull with the infomor the part .

If I knew the thread pitch of the plug or sensor, I would have done that.
If I bought Justin's kit, I would already have that part.
I really just was seeing if someone knew the thread size and pitch.
 
Im sure calling either of those will answer the question ...

Maybe @CWPED can help I think he did this conversion recently

Good to know what threads needed and where !
Wonder if there is a spec sheet anywhere that could be posted as a sticky on the site .. The question has come up multiple time over the years .

What did you out on the threads ? terlon tape ? Silicone ?

I use white teflon tape and then cover it with liquid teflon. Works great.
 
Ah ,,that explains what I was seeing ..
