It is a VEC 2 not a VEC 3 right?

it is 100% and operational? It is like pulling teeth to get a VEC repaired these days.

its completely operational VEC 2. pulled it off my truck friday morning when I traded my truck in. all it needs is the male and female pig tails from roe. Mine stayed on the wiring harness.

Good deal on a great tuner.....I do agree the SCT is the better tuner but the VEC has advantages....you can change tunes while driving.....changing tunes takes seconds instead of minutes......you can cheaply write your own tunes using a laptop.....
