Anyone plate your rims?

Has anyone had their rims plated? If so did you get a guarantee for x years for peeling/blemishes? Cost? I am thinking about $125 per wheel??

I have not done it yet, I'm thinking when it comes time for new tires I will get it done.

I did mine. It ran me $1,000 To have the tires taken off, Shipped plated, shipped back,mounted & balanced. Shipped about 125 mi. one way. I think it's only 1 year guarantee? I'm happy with them. Oh yeah, It took about 3 weeks.
