Are these spark plugs bad???

Ok so today I changed my plugs at my house and i pulled them out and they were black, brown, and white then i put the new plugs in they are the NGK's and the truck drives way better. This is weird my truck only has 3,700 miles.

Well.. the colors usually mean:

Black = Rich/Fat (too much fuel)
White = Leaned out
Brownish = Just Right, perfect mixture.

It'd be easy to confuse High Speed Glazing with Normal Wear.

If you're experiencing mis-firing when you romp on the throttle, that would be a sign.
Otherwise I'd say it's just normal wear.
