You be the judge!! We can also handle well and stop well, but this is what ANY magazine covers in performance sections of their articles......the 1/4 mile and 0-60 times. Here are a few samples of popular "Super Cars"
How does your "pickup truck" stack up in comparison? :D
Think many if you will be surprisingly shocked to find our trucks in STOCK form can handle these cars in the 1/4 or in Mexico ;)

These are just a handful of "Supercars" that our trucks Butthurt with only a few mods ;)

Well I know for a fact my truck will beat a 2011 automatic Gransport!! But on top end if given enough asphalt, it will win. And I know that a Lambo of somekind will kick my ass also. But to answer your question, yes we all own supertrucks.Trucks compared to car is like Apples and oranges. I takes a lot of money to beat or supertrucks. Also remember a trucks main function is to do work. These things do run a qtr mile well, stop well, handle well.Supertruck=fun!!! That's what is all about.

You cannot base it off 1/4 mile times solely
He'll a slightly modded 5.0 will destroy those times but it does not make it a supercar.

I see the SRT-10 as old school. Like that 1987 dakota my dad had sitting around and decided to put a big block in. A reg cab truck that has a huge engine thats fun to drive. It will smoke a lot of "supercars", but to me its more of an attitude and statement. Its caveman to me, and I love it! No SMART CARS here!

To make it fair All of those supercars were tested with street tires. Not slicks or drag radials! You race your truck with street tires and see how it compares. We would really get slaughtered on a road course against cars like 911 GT3, GTR, ZR-1, GT500, ect.,ect., ect...

Lets see a supercar do this.....

Spend all day at the track stop by Lowes on the way home, pick up some sheetrock, some 2x4's and a hammer and cruse home. A supercar would have a difficult time putting the hammer in their trunk, the rest would need to be delivered

Very true. That doesn't mean they won't be pissed as hell from losing though. :D They'd have it to the shop the next day finding out what's wrong with it.

Why, thank you! :D

Does caveman know how you feel about him???
I do now! :date:

If caveman does, he won't admit it. The nights get cold up in Brokeback Colorado, be nice.:D
-14F at my house last night. Fortunately, I really do have the best wife ever, so I don't get too cold :knuddel:

A supercar, performance does not make. By definition: "Supercar is a term used most often to describe an expensive high end car. It has been defined specifically as "a very expensive, fast or powerful car".[1] Stated in more general terms: "it must be very fast, with sporting handling to match", "it should be sleek and eye-catching" and its price should be "one in a rarefied atmosphere of its own"."

I agree that our trucks are great performers. I also feel that many supercars have relatively poor performance. As David Freiberger says about the Aventador, "It's not 400k fast". But because of it's exclusivity, an Aventador is certainly a supercar.

Our trucks fit in the "muscle car" category. They are large, heavy, brash, loud, and have power to spare, and still retain a certain level of practicality. No matter how fast they are, muscle cars will never be super cars. American big blocks have been outrunning super cars for 50+ years. But, neither the 429 Mustang, 426 Chally, nor a 427 Chevelle, were super cars.

every one of those cars listed would beat the 10 in a road course...

not so super... but none of them are trucks, either... so you can't throw a tarp in the bed and make a hot tub at spring break;)

Mmmmmm Spring Break with a rolling swimming pool
I member those days :)

I tore the gutz out of plenty euro cars....haulin a ladder and other miscellaneous tools......HAHAHA......AMERICAN POWER!

Our trucks are as super as a Honda civic is to supercar.. So not super at all. Even my new truck is not in super car teratory ..

My Porsche may not be as quick in a 1/4 as either of my trucks but will kill them in every single situation where it's not srtictly straight line. And gets 100x the looks ogles ..

For example I can take a local corner here in the truck around 70mph befors she starts to lose grip, In the car I've done over 100mph and felt I could go faster.

So as the owner of a newer proper super car. Not a dodge or chevy or some ja p product were not even on the same planet.

I would say NO.

Only cause facts based on value alone. Will the srt-10 ram ever hold value like a 87 GNX No.

KBB a last year last gen supra, they book for almost 30K last time I checked with decent miles on them.

Putting stock 1/4 times on a factory car in the list compared to your modded truck also is not fair, mod the cars and then race.

Here ya go. hope it opens Kelley Blue Book
