Ashtray and Cupholder lights

Does anybody know how to replace the bulbs recessed above the ashtray and cupholders? They look like they are up in the dash assembly and very hard to get to, but I may be wrong! If anyone has ever replaced these I'd live to hear from you. Thanks.

You can access them by pulling off the center radio/heater control bezel. I replaced mine with white led's.

Looks like it would take some soldering. Did you have to use any capacitors or did you just solder them right in?
